This is an alpha version of Win C.A.S.I.E. III. It has received very little field testing. It is designed to run under Windows XP, if Windows has been updated by installing the Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1. You can check to see if the .NET Framework 1.1 is installed by going here. This program may be freely distributed by any means, including the web, provided that there is no fee or charge or consideration of any kind which is in excess of $8.
